During the COVD-19 pandemic, the safety of our clients and staff is of paramount importance. So, whilst we are not conducting face-to-face meetings we are equipped and happy to organise virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or similar virtual platforms upon request.
In the interests of security and to assist with training of staff phone calls may be recorded.

Customer Complaints
We pride ourselves on the services we provide to our clients and we hope that you do not have cause to complain. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied about something we have or haven't done, we have a set procedure to follow. Please contact our office for details.
Some clients are able to take unresolved complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
